What is the DEDON Tour du Monde?

Discovering unique places and moments under the open skies - the DEDON Tour du Monde

At DEDON, we're at home in the world. Coming from more than 15 countries, doing business in more than 80, we live across borders, communicate across languages and share across cultures. For 20 years, we've created furniture that allows people to enjoy life outdoors - on terraces, in the countryside, alone or with big groups of family and friends, all around the world. Like those who share our passion, we at DEDON can never get enough of life out of doors, with endless horizons, wide-open spaces and fresh air to energize us.

That's why we've embarked on the Tour du Monde, an ongoing adventure that is taking us to some of the most magnificent places on this planet, places where people share their lives with the sun and the stars. Each step of the way, the DEDON team, always in search of outstanding stories about the beauty and quality of outdoor living, is visiting people who have created unique and diverse outdoor living spaces for themselves and others to enjoy. As with any adventure, part of the fun of the Tour du Monde is sharing these stories and experiencing new ones together.

From the start of our Tour on secluded DEDON Island in the Philippines to our encounters with the Massai in Kenya, the mountain people of the French Alps, the monks of Thailand and the maharajas of India, each new experience has opened our eyes to yet another beautiful detail of what it means to truly live under the open skies. 

It's these ongoing experiences and stories, along with all the knowledge we're acquiring, that we want to share with the entire DEDON community - through joint evenings, the website and, of course, our products. And you can be sure that, having now started our Tour du Monde, we'll never stop discovering new places and new ideas of how to enjoy life under the sun and stars.
