We went in search of the world’s best weavers, but we found something more—a second home, an extended family, a culture of kindness, generosity and smiles. As hundreds of team members, many of them transported by DEDON’s own buses, gather on the basket- ball courts to sing, laugh, pray, exercise and create positive vibes, you’d never guess it was 7:40 on a Monday morning.
