Welcome to NYC

New York is one of our favourite locations when it comes to inspiration – going stateside for our first event of the year and the launch of some exciting new collections was an obvious choice.

DEDON Showroom NY
DEDON x NEW YORK

The city that never sleeps. An event at the DEDON showroom. On the guestlist: partners, clients and friends. Special guests: our brand new collections TIBBO, DEAN and BRIXX. Versatile and multifaceted, just like New York City.

Designed and developed in collaboration with internationally-renowned designers Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby, Jean-Marie Massaud and Lorenza Bozzoli, the collections were set up to be success stories from the very beginning.

SEE: The Gansevoort

Take a break from the hustle and bustle that is New York City and visit the Meatpacking District, where you can find the GANSEVOORT hotel. Our personal highlight: the 360° rooftop views from the hotel’s PLUNGE bar.

Sit back and relax in lounge chairs and sofas from our SLIM LINE collection, sip on a cocktail or two, and take in the Hudson river. The 'Mango Lime Rickey' is a must-try drink.

Fowler & Wells
EAT: Fowler & Wells

Whilst Tom Colicchio’s restaurant FOWLER & WELLS may only be a few months old, it is already becoming one of the most exciting addresses for indulgence-lovers everywhere. And if the delicious food wasn’t enough, the location is equally as stunning.

The renovated Temple Court from 1890 was transformed into THE BEEKMAN hotel and became one of the most anticipated openings of 2016 – a highlight being the nine-story high atrium, the architectural centre piece. Interior designer Martin Brudnizki worked on both, the Beekman hotel and Fowler & Wells, and successfully put a 21st century spin on the building’s architecture, without taking away its historical flair.

DO: Mark Leckey: “Containers and their drivers” at MoMA

British-born artist Mark Leckey’s expertise lies within reinterpreting elements of youth and popular culture through the medium of video, installation and sound sculpture.

Being one of the biggest trailblazers the art world has witnessed, his current exhibition at New York’s MUSEUM OF MODERN ART focuses on the radical effects which digital technology is having on society. The exhibition is open until March, 5th and one you don’t want to miss.

We’re sharing the love because we have many reasons to celebrate: our collections TIBBO by Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby, DEAN by Jean-Marie Massaud and BRIXX by Lorenza Bozzoli all received prestigious ICONIC awards in 2017.

What a great start to the new year and an even better reason to host a party at our New York showroom on 3rd Avenue.
